PRIVACY OF ONLINE ORDERS

When you place an order over our Sites, we will ask for your payment method preference, credit card account number, CVN, and expiration date (if applicable), name as it appears on your credit card, “bill to” address, shipping address, daytime phone number, and e-mail address. Some of this information may be stored in the form of a “cookie” in your computer. Cookies are small files that are stored on your computer. Attic requires that you have cookies enabled on your browser security settings.

Attic may use your IP (Internet Protocol) address to administer our Sites or to help diagnose problems with our server. Users’ IP addresses are used to help identify users and their shopping carts and to gather demographic information.

Attic may also use your contact information from your online order to send you electronic mail in the form of newsletters or email blasts that inform you of sales, promotions, special contests and new products at Attic, should you choose to opt-in. Attic ensures it will do everything in its power to protect the safety of your credit card information. Attic utilizes Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to protect the security of customers’ credit card information.

MINORS AND CONCERNED PARENTS

Minors must be supervised by parents when accessing our Sites. Parents of minor children who access our Sites assume responsibility for the actions of, any minors who use your computer and/or registration account to access Attic. We do not knowingly permit minors under the age of 13 from accessing our Sites.

For any concerned parents who are concerned with our services or Sites and want to get more information on whether their child is a member of our electronic mail or text message communication lists are asked to contact us immediately. All of our communications are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. Attic will not knowingly accept personal information from anyone under 13.

CONTESTS AND SWEEPSTAKES

All contests and sweepstakes conducted on Attic Sites or at any retail location are conducted in accordance with both federal and California state laws. Information collected during any contest or sweepstakes is solely used to assist us in identifying and contacting winners.

At times Attic will provide sweepstakes at its store locations. These contests or sweepstakes may involve shoes. No purchase is necessary to participate in these sweepstakes and purchasing something does not increase your chance of winning. The limit is one entry per person. The sweepstakes are open to all legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia. Entrants must be 13 years or older to participate. Entrants who are under 18 years of age must have their parent’s or guardian’s permission before providing any personal information. Attic’s employees and their family and/or household members are not eligible for these sweepstakes and contests. The odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received. Any decision made is final on all matters relating to the sweepstakes.

By entering into an Attic contest or sweepstakes, entrants may automatically be included in our electronic mail or text messaging distribution list as provided by the contest rules. You should check with your cell phone provider regarding any charges you may incur as a result of receiving text messages.

PROMOTIONS AND SALE NOTIFICATIONS

Attic may occasionally send members of our distribution lists information, promotions, sale notifications and offers by electronic mail or text message. Opting into or subscribing to our distribution lists is completely voluntary. Members may unsubscribe at any time.

By subscribing to or opting into the Attic distribution lists, you (“Subscriber”) are subscribing to the Attic distribution lists (“User”), which is powered by Trumpia. By subscribing, you are allowing this user to send you messages via Trumpia service.

In order to begin receiving messages from this subscription, you must verify each contact information you would like to receive messages on. If you do not verify the contact information you have provided on the OSP, you will not receive messages from this subscription.
