Here’s a video explaining how the drifting is judged. It’s not a bunch of shitties burning tires. It’s a motorsports competition with street cred.
Here’s a short clip of Formula Drift Long Beach 2008. The clip doesn’t really show what the entire event’s about since there’s a lot that’s going on besides just the drifting. Drifting is just one aspect of this event. It’s a lifestyle event with a lot of girls, alcohol, contests, prizes, booths, celebrities, industry heads, food, games, etc. It’s actually fun for the whole family – minus the alcohol and whorish looking women.
So Wrecked Magazine rolled through on Sunday. They’re creating a 30 second commercial for the store that’s going to be played on the “big screen” at all of the Formula Drift events nationwide. As you all know, Attic is the OFFICIAL streetwear sponsor of Formula Drift’s 2009 season. That’s wassup.
The video will be showcasing the store itself and a lot of the key brands we work closely with. So that means shoutouts to Crooks & Castles, Foreign Family, Rogue Status, IM King, The Hundreds, and Acrylick. They will also be at the store this Saturday to film the Formula Drift launch party we’re hosting.
Oh, and btw…we’re throwing a huge 60% off sale this weekend but noone knows about it yet…lol…

So Triumvir dropped by last Thursday for lunch. We’re going to be hosting a big event at the shop with them in late April.

On a side note, the new Triumvir stuff just dropped so if I were you I’d click here before it’s all gone since we sold most of it over the weekend.
