What forms of payment are accepted?

How can I check on the status of my order?

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

We ship orders within 1 business day, but please remember we are closed on WEEKENDS AND holidays. You should expect to receive your package within 4-7 business days, unless it is an international shipment. UNFORTUNATELY, we cannot guarantee delivery time.

How will my order be shipped?

All domestic orders (United States) will be shipped via USPS. International orders will be shipped by USPS OR DHL DEPENDING ON THE COUNTRY OF DELIVERY.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on your order size (CUBIC WEIGHT) and shipping address. You can get an estimate of the shipping costs on the My Cart page before you checkout.

I think I was charged twice - What should I do?

Our system may error and authorize your card more than once. Usually these authorizations are just “pending” and drop off your statement within 2-3 business days. In the event you are charged twice by our system, we will refund you for one of the charges. Please contact customerservice@attic2zoo.com in these cases.

Why was my order cancelled?

We may cancel an order due to several reasons:

1) There were duplicate orders. We will cancel one of the duplicate orders to ensure you are not charged twice.

2) You did not respond to a request for additional information. Sometimes we need to verify information to protect YOU against fraud. If you have any questions about a canceled order, please contact us at customerservice@attic2zoo.com.

I purchased an Item from the Online Shop. Can I return it at one of your stores?

No. Unfortunately, we keep our inventories separate. WHEN YOU RETURN WITH A TRACKING NUMBER IT HELPS YOU TRACK YOUR RETURN PROGRESS AND TIMELY REFUNDS.

How do I get an RA# to return a purchase?

Please fill out the form on our Customer Service page or email us at customerservice@attic2zoo.com with your Order Number and reason for return. For more information on returns and exchanges, please visit our Return Policy page.

Do I have to pay shipping when making a return?

Yes, the customer IS REQUIRED TO PAY for shipping on a return unless it was our error OR A DEFECTIVE ITEM. However, if you are making an exchange, we will send the new item for free.

How do I check the status of my return?

WE RECOMMEND GETTING A TRACKING NUMBER WHEN MAILING BACK YOUR RETURN. YOU ARE WELCOME TO EMAIL US IF YOUR TRACKING NUMBER INDICATES IT WAS DELIVERED TO US. We will process your return within 1 business day.

I made a return. Where is my refund?

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your financial institution. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact customerservice@attic2zoo.com.
