Return Policy

Returns will ONLY be accepted within 30 days of its purchase date. If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, returns will not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return, item(S) must be in their original packaging and must be unused, unworn and in the same condition you received it in. A 20% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund for any missing tags.

In order to request a return, please Contact Us or send a Return Request Email to customerservice@attic2zoo.com. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason(S) for the return. We will reply with an authorization of the return request with RA# AND FREE RETURN LABEL VIA EMAIL IF a return can be made.

Merchandise purchased online may NOT be returned to the stores, and vice versa.

Exchanges

To exchange an item for another, please return the item you no longer want (following the instructions above) and purchase the new item from our online shop. we will refund your payment from the first purchase upon receipt on the returned item. FREE RETURN LABEL VIA EMAIL FOR EXCHANGE.

 

Sale Items

Sale items AND ITEMS PURCHASED WITH PROMO CODES cannot be returned or exchange. all sales ON THESE ITEMS are final.

Late or Missing Refunds

Please remember that depending on where you live, it may take time for your item(s) to arrive at our warehouse. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item(s). In the event that your package is not received, we do not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen packages.

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or your bank. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your financial institution.
